Manchester United have confirmed that they have agreed to sign portugese forward Tiago Manuel Dias Correia known as ‘Bebe’ for an undisclosed fee(thought to be in the region of 8million) from Portuguese club Vitoria de Guimaraes. Personal terms have been agreed with 20-year-old striker and upon a successful medical later this bebe will sign for the 18 time league champions.

The hard-fought campaign to rid Manchester United of their American owners has taken another twist today, and it doesn’t make pleasant reading for Man Utd fans.
Keith Harris, head of the Red Knights group and executive chairman of investment bank Seymour Pierce does not believe that a bid for the club would be worthwhile.

What a difference a year makes. Last year injuries were not a big problem for Manchester United. At the beginning of last season both Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo were in the stands as the season started, but Tevez and new arrival Berbatov were able to keep things moving on the pitch.
