Manchester United have made an official offer to Cardiff City for 17-year old promising midfielder Aaron Ramsey. The Welsh midfielder has also caught the attention of Arsenal and Liverpool. The Man Utd is thought to be around £5 million with a clause stating that the player can join Cardiff back on loan for the 2008/09 season. This will convince Cardiff to sell their youngster. The negotiations are also helped by the good relationship between the two clubs, where Man Utd goalkeeper Tom Heaton was loaned out to Cardiff last month.

Arsenal got a player…we got the league and Champions League and will retain both of them next season.
